The real-world experience that defines UNH’s approach has formed his whole career trajectory. His elderly practicum led directly to a job in an ICU, which opened up doors to experience as a traveling nurse, professional registered nurse leader, and ultimately to his present role as an FNP.
“I wouldn’t have actually been able to have the experiences I’ve had if it weren’t for UNH nursing,” Adler reflects.
